Italian Seasoning Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

Meatballs:

3 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Italian Seasoning
500 g minced beef
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 cup stale bread crumbs
1 / Season 4 cup chopped fresh basil
Pinch of salt and pepper 

Sauce:

1 onion
2 slices bacon diced
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

 

DIRECTIONS

Sauce:

  1. Heat up a pan with olive oil then add the onions and bacon seasoned with pepper. Add garlic paste, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms then mix. Add tomato paste, a can of chopped tomatoes and chopped parsley.
  3. Turn the heat down low then simmer for 20-25 mins.

Meatballs:

  1. Mix beef, breadcrumbs and RawSpiceBar’s Italian Seasoning then season with salt and pepper. Add garlic paste, basil, parmesan cheese and egg.
  2. Mix all the ingredients then break a piece and roll it in the hands to make a ball shape.
  3. Cook the meatballs in olive oil. Pour the sauce into the meatballs. Turn the heat down low then simmer for 20 mins. Serve and Enjoy!
