Instant Pot Shredded Chicken - Gluten Free, Paleo - For Tacos, Sandwiches, Salads
An easy, super simple ground turkey tacos recipe. Use our freshly ground taco seasoning or chili powder spices. An awesome dish for taco Tuesday or an easy weeknight meal. 1 lb ground turkey, chicken or beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
Tortillas, salsa, avocado, pickled onions, lettuce, to top
1. Add beef or turkey in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and brown, 4-6 minutes. Add salt to taste and taco seasoning, saute another 1-2 minutes. Add water, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid mostly absorbed, 8-12 minutes.
2. Add cider vinegar and brown sugar and simmer, 4-6 minutes.
3. Serve on warmed tortillas with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
