Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin - 4 Global Spice Rubs to Try
This Instant Pot pork tenderloin recipe is easy, with a spicy, salty crust - try any of these 4 spices for a global twist.
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp any of RawSpiceBar's spices
Memphis BBQ rub
Chinese five spice powder
1. Place trivet in the Instant Pot and add chicken broth. Cut tenderloin in half, pat dry and rub liberally with oil.
2. Combine salt and spice rub in a small bowl and rub onto tenderloin on all sides. Add loin to trivet.
3. Place lid on Instant Pot and turn the valve to sealing. Select Manual, high pressure and set timer to 7 minutes, pressure release for 10.
4. Slice tenderloin and serve with salad, rice or in sandwiches. Enjoy!
