Herbes de Provence Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS 

RawSpiceBar’s Herbes de Provence
1-25cm baguette
60ml butter, room temperature
15ml olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place your oven rack 15 ml from the top element. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Cut off the ends of the baguette. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Then in half crosswise making 4 pieces in all.
  3. In a small bowl combine the butter, oil, garlic and RawSpiceBar’s Herbes de Provence. Mix well. Spread onto the bread. Pop in the oven and broil in browned.
