1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 apples, diced
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch lemon juice & salt, to taste
3 dates, pitted and chopped
2 cups spinach (optional)
Ice cubes

Directions
