Turkey Meatball Gyros

By 1 pound ground turkey
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped 
2 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Greek Seasoning 
1 lemon, zest
Kosher salt, to taste
Orzo, tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, to serve 

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. 
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, greek seasoning, and a pinch salt. Coat your hands with a bit of olive oil, and roll mix into 1 inch size balls to make 10-12 meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are crisp or cooked through on the inside.
4. Serve with tzatziki, feta, cucumber and tomatoes, if desired. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice lightly over top of everything. Enjoy!
