RawSpiceBar’s German Gingerbread
200g (7oz) dates
150g (5.5oz) nuts
1 tbsp date syrup/water
2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Blend the dates, nuts, cocoa powder, date syrup/water in a food processor. Keep blending until you have a consistent date mixture.
- Form small date balls and roll them in cocoa powder, RawSpiceBar’s German Gingerbread Powder, and coconut flakes (optional).
- Keep the date balls refrigerated until serving
