Fleur de Sel Chocolate Mousse
- RawSpiceBar’s Fleur de Sel, to taste
- 10 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- Add ice and cold water to a large bowl to make an ice bath. Add smaller bowl to ice bath.
- Place chocolate and 1 cup water in a small pot and heat over medium. Whisk until smooth, 4-5 minutes.
- Add melted chocolate into smaller bowl and whisk until thick and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with RawSpiceBar’s Fleur de Sel. Serve & enjoy!
