Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

Perfect for a party, or as a side dish for your meal… you have to try these easy stuffed mushrooms! They're creamy, flavorful, and packed with freshly ground poultry seasoning spices.


24 mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Poultry Seasoning or Rosemary
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs


1. Preheat oven to 350°. Clean the mushrooms and remove and chop the stems. Place the mushroom bottoms in a greased 9x13 pan. Heat the butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped mushroom stems, celery and onion. Cook until tender. Add the poultry seasoning and cook, 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.

3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps to the point of overfilling. In a small bowl, combine the cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle the mushrooms with the cheesy bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
