Dry Rib Rub Vinegar Mop

INGREDIENTS

RawSpiceBar’s Smoky Memphis BBQ Rub
2 tbsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup water

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. To make the mop, whisk together the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and RawSpiceBar’s Smoky Memphis BBQ Rub in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Use mop liberally to brush ribs, tofu, portobello mushrooms, or any other hearty ingredient just before putting on the grill.  Brush liberally with vinegar mop every 15 minutes, until cooked.
