The perfect, soothing, cinnamon tea for a healthy belly, Mix and match as preferred. We like to add lemongrass and a dash of rose water while simmering.
1 inch ginger, thinly sliced
6 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp honey, lemon wedge, optional
1. In a saucepan, simmer ginger, honey, cinnamon, and water for 20 minutes. Simmer longer for stronger tea.
2. Add honey or sugar and strain tea through a sieve.
