Chipotle aioli is beautiful in its spicy, earthy, smoky simplicity. You can go straight mayo and chipotlesor add a bit of tang with sour cream and lime juice. We love this as a spread on sandwiches, burgers, or a dip for fries, chips and veggies.
1 tsp RawSpiceBar’s Chipotle Powder or chipotles in adobo
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 lime, juice
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth in a food processor or high powered blender. Serve or cover and store as needed!
