Chicken Thighs Recipe - Juicy, Baked, Turkish Spices


6 skinless chicken thighs, patted dry 
1 tbsp RawSpiceBar's Baharat Spice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil 



1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Rub in RawSpiceBar's Baharat Spice on both sides. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn over and sear other side, reducing heat to medium. Sear another 3-4 minutes.
4. Place the skillet in the middle of the oven, uncovered, and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180º F and juices run clear. Remove from oven and let rest.
5. Serve baharat chicken with pita bread and yogurt and enjoy!
