Easy Chicken Stir Fry With Veggies



2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli florets or snap peas
1 cup mushrooms
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
Kosher salt, to taste
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 cup chicken broth
1.5 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornstarch

2 tsp any RawSpiceBar's salt free spices:
Chinese Five Spice
Shichimi togarashi
Japanese curry powder
Chili powder


1. Add half of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and bell peppers, cook 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Add remaining oil over high heat. Add the chicken and cook, 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Lower heat to medium, add the garlic and spices and cook, 1-2 minutes. Add the vegetables back to the pan.
4. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch.
Pour sauce over mixture and bring to a simmer, 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve and enjoy!
