Chai Spiced Baked Pears With Walnuts & Honey

 

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Peppercorn Chai
4 large ripe pears
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup crushed walnuts
(optional) Yogurt or vanilla ice cream

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the pears in half and place on a baking sheet (cut a sliver off the other end so they sit upright).
  3. Using a measuring spoon or melon baller, scoop out the seeds.
  4. Sprinkle with RawSpiceBar’s Peppercorn Chai, top with walnuts and drizzle 1/2 teaspoon honey over each one.
  5. Bake in the oven 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
