Turkey Burger - Spiced 6 Global Ways - Gluten Free, Paleo
1/2 onion, grated
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt, to taste
Buns, tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, to serve (optional)
2 tsp any of RawSpiceBar's spices:
1. In a bowl, add ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, spices, salt and onion. Using a fork, mix together well. Shape into four patties and press into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
2. In a nonstick pan or griddle, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook patties, 5 minutes per side. Serve on buns, with toppings of choice and enjoy!
