Pinch Kosher salt, to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
Vegetable oil or butter

Directions

To bake:

1. Preheat broiler. Combine salt, spices and in a small bowl.
2. Place salmon on large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Liberally rub salmon on each side oil or butter and then spice rub. Cook salmon, for 12-14 minutes or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!

To grill:
