1 pound ground chuck, at least 20% fat
Kosher salt, to taste
Canola oil
Buns, tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, to serve (optional)

2 tsp any of RawSpiceBar's spices:

Burger seasoning
Quatre epices
Smoked paprika


1. In a bowl, add ground beef, spices and salt. Using a fork, mix together well. Shape into patties and press into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
2. In a nonstick pan or griddle, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook patties, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve on buns, with toppings of choice and enjoy!
