6 chicken thighs (skin-on)
3 tablespoons RawSpiceBar's Berbere Spice
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat chicken dry and salt all sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Generously rub each piece with berbere spice.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, add chicken and sear, 6-8 minutes until golden. Turn over and sear another 2-3 minutes. Add to oven, 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
