Achiote Paste With Tequila

Achiote paste ready in under 5 minutes with annatto, orange juice, vinegar, habanero and tequila. Our go to paste for marinating Mexican chicken, pork or veggies.


5 tbsp RawSpiceBar’s Achiote Powder 
3 habanero peppers, de-seeded
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
8 cloves garlic
2 tbsp salt
5 lemons, juice of
1 tsp premium tequila


In a blender or food processor, combine achiote powder, habanero peppers, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth. Mix in the lemon juice and tequila. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or use right away!
