Mexican Avocado Smoothie



RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens
1 orange, peeled
½ bunch fresh cilantro – small stems
juice of one large lime
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 small Turkish cucumber (1 cup)
½ an avocado
1 banana
1 cup baby kale
1-3 slices jalapeno
chia seeds- optional



  1. Blend all ingredients including RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens until smooth, adding a tablespoon of water if necessary to get the blender going. Add a few ice cubes to chill it (or use frozen bananas or pineapple).
  2. Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds and little bit of RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens.
  3. Makes 2 small smoothies, or one large one.
