Mexican Avocado Smoothie
RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens
1 orange, peeled
½ bunch fresh cilantro – small stems
juice of one large lime
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 small Turkish cucumber (1 cup)
½ an avocado
1 cup baby kale
1-3 slices jalapeno
chia seeds- optional
- Blend all ingredients including RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens until smooth, adding a tablespoon of water if necessary to get the blender going. Add a few ice cubes to chill it (or use frozen bananas or pineapple).
- Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds and little bit of RawSpiceBar’s The Super Greens.
- Makes 2 small smoothies, or one large one.
